Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Latted (the “Service”), operated by Latted (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.
Description of the Service
Latted is an AI-powered video creation platform that lets you generate, edit, automate, and publish video content from prompts and reference materials. The Service is provided on an as-available basis and may change over time as we add, modify, or remove features.
Accounts and Registration
To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Content and Licenses
You retain ownership of the prompts, assets, and other materials you upload to the Service (“User Content”) and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the video content you generate with the Service (“Output”).
By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative, or that depicts real individuals in a misleading or harmful manner without their consent.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic footage where doing so could deceive or cause harm.
- Attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Payments, Credits, and Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment, whether through subscriptions, usage-based credits, or other plans. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change with notice. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, all fees are non-refundable, and unused credits expire as described at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Latted or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including AI model providers and social media platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON OR PUBLISHING IT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATTED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latted and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
